Can you get moving desktop backgrounds ?

hello although i know a bit about computer I however do not know much about moving desktop background I believe u get get them but im looking for one like on my phone of a spinning Galaxy, I would be most great full for any free download links from something like this :D

Google "Windows 7 dreamscene hack" It unlocks "DreamScenes" which Windows Vista had, but was removed in Windows 7. It plays a video file in a continuous loop as your background.
