On windows xp, if you go to control panel, and then display properties, and then the desktop tab, i can't select any of my backgrounds, it's like it's frozen. What should I do?|||Well, if it's a picture from t'internet that you want as your background, just go back to that website with the picture on it instead of doing it the other way.
Hope this helps|||dont go to control panel just rite click your screen and go to properties then click desktop and you should be able to select one, once you do that just click apply
